  • Regular telephone conferences with mentor to discuss and organize activities
  • Organization of ISOLS young member networking event during ISOLS meeting – report will be implemented on Homepage
  • Foundation of ISOLS young member’s initiative Facebook group to facilitate connections between young members
  • Planning of an ISOLS booth/table during next ISOLS meeting in Athens 2019 addressing topics and special interest of ISOLS young member’s initiative
  • Foundation and planning of a newsletter


Committee and member

  • Each member of the initiative must be active ISOLS member
  • The initiative is the sum of it’s participants. Please take the opportunity and connect with us. Send a brief presentation about you to the committee representatives and ISOLS secretariat
  • The committee is represented by a chair and a co-chair
  • The committee consists of up to 10 members and should be composed of representatives from geographic regions and disciplines relevant to Limb Salvage
  • The committee is in charge of organizing all activities of the initiative. Always in consultation with ISOLS secretariat
  • The nomination of the committee has to be confirmed by the chair and co-chair of the initiative
  • One ISOLS board member is appointed as mentor of the ISOLS young member’s initiative and shall serve as main contact person for guidance of ISOLS young member’s initiative projects
  • The mandates of the chair and co-chair as well as the committee members are held for two years and are renewable by the board
